"The room and bathroom were very clean, best shower/water pressure of our trip. Location was in the heart of town, yet quiet when the shutters/windows were closed. Beds were comfortable. The rooms are up a few flights of stairs so be prepared to carry luggage up. We enjoyed breakfast, especially the fresh bread and spreads at the nearby hotel."

"Lovely quaint hotel positioned just inside the old town and very close to the Riva. Didn’t bother with breakfast as it was expensive and in another hotel.
Front of house/ reception staff poor (apart for one). Not interested in guests, often didn’t even look up from phone or computer.
Make use of the room safe. Do not leave cash in room."
"The location was great but I was glad they helped us book a taxi from the airport as our taxi driver walked us right to the location and helped us get into the property. The room is a good size and clean."
"Location is excellent, right on the waterfront, and close to Diocletians Palace area. Walkable from the TP Line ferry if you arrive from the islands (other ferries are a bit farther away). No cars allowed in that area, so if you come by car you'll have to drag your bags a little ways. The Rive is flat and easy to navigate with luggage. Location was both a plus (ocean views) and a minus as in our case there was a huge festival on the waterfront, including huge crowds and VERY LOUD music & fireworks which went late each night (and throbbed through the walls even with windows closed and ear plugs in!). We didn't get any extra sleep that's for sure. We made an effort to find restaurants away from the waterfront as there was no getting into anything along there.
Front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was made-to-order and good. They made us to-go sandwiches for our early morning departure to the airport on our last day."
