"We highly recommend this accommodation. The hotel is historic, charming, and in a quieter section within the palace walls. We stayed outside the walls the first couple of nights and then stayed within the walls. It's quite special to wander around in the evening, not worry about traffic, and return to this property. The best part of our stay is Edita and Ivan. They are welcoming, courteous, helpful and provide the small touches that make Split so wonderful."

"Residence Stine is a very nice place to stay for exploring Split. It has a central location with a short walk to what you need to see. The facilities are modern and very clean. "We stayed two nights. The location was fantastic and easy to stop in as you’re running around Old town to drop things off or use a free WC. Room 2 is smaller than Room 1 and I noticed Room 1 has two nice chairs to sit in. We stayed in Room 2, which is at the back of the building and looks out into a tiny alleyway. Room 1 looks out into the street area but there are no cars in the palace so not a big deal. Can’t beat this location! The property manager (owner?) sent us a nice video before hand...

"Great location but Hard to find if you are checking in after dark. Its the first set of doors from the corner. Go to the door, buzzer has small sign on it. It looks like your at an apartment building and not hotel. Close to everything. Nice and quiet! Staff was really nice. "
