Very good hotel! Clean,pleasant staff and helpful. Only one little let down was clearing away of plates from tables at breakfast time,but this is hard to manage due to how many guests arrive and depart at any set time! Wouldn't hurt the restaurant manger's to roll there sleeves up and help out in a situation like this

Everything was perfect in our stay. Room was clean and roomy. The only thing that the hotel can improve is the staff, specifically the one of the ladies in charge of the check-in, unfortunately I couldn’t get her name but she used to style her hair with a pony tail on top, very rude.

The guy at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. We had a car; the parking was convenient. 20EU a day. It is a 20-minute walk from the old city; we walked it, and it was not a problem or scarry. We actually prefer to stay outside of the old town. Breakfast was good.

The 17th floor spa was amazing! The staff and rooms were helpful and extremely clean. Only downside to hotel is that there is not a lot around it. Put on your walking shoes for visiting Old Town

Beautiful property with an underground parking garage. The rooms are gorgeous both inside and the views. We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant onsite. The front desk and restaurant staff were great. Shout to our waiter Mate who took exceptional care of us two nights. Enjoyed this hotel!

Friendly staff especially in the pool and spa area. It has a steam room, sauna, and pool area. It also had a spa in the building. We had a corner sea view room. It was nice. The neighborhood has to grow on you. Split is like a city and has a lot of graffiti but most things are walking distance but Uber is affordable and convenient. It was great exploring the Old Town. If you are there more than three days, go to the pier to book boat tours and excursions. It is way cheaper in person.

Great stay. Like the location. We focused mainly in the Riva area but it was close to the highway which is also useful for us since we drove. It was away from thicker traffic and we ubered to the Old town to avoid parking headache. Fare was usually 5-7 EU. Not bad for 7 to 10 min drive. Interior was nice, pool area was great. Room was clean. Housekeeping was attentive. I recommend this place for a stay in Split. The location worked well for our need.
