Well equipped rooms in a historic building right next to the old town. Rooms were very new (June 2026), beautifully clean and well equipped, great aircon, lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed. Location was perfect, 1 minute walk to the old town, a supermarket and a few mins walk to the quay and bus stop. Near to the action but in a quiet street. Breakfast was 2 mins walk in a nearby hotel and was lovely (omelette/eggs/fruit/tea & coffee etc). The receptionist was particularly welcoming and friendly, providing recommendations to local restaurants. Highly recommended if you are staying in Split, couldn't have been better!

Perfect location, modern feel, and kind host- highly recommend! She was able to accommodate a late check in and offer any help needed. Apartment is perfect for two people and beautifully renovated. The location can’t be beat! It is on the third floor with no elevator so not for people with difficulty walking up steps.

These are rooms in an apartment very near the ancient town. Location is excellent and very convenient. You are 300 feet from the ferries. We could literally see Diocletian's Palace from our room. The rooms are modern and clean, but this is not a hotel and there are no amenities. The “breakfast buffet” it’s just a choice of a few pre-selected menus served at a nearby hotel. Breakfast quality is average and meager. If you don’t need hotel amenities this is an excellent choice.

Hotel is very close to absolutely everything, including the port, taxi, and palace . Very few amenities in room. No room safe. Air conditioning not strong enough even on max. Location is perfect but exterior of building very ugly and run down. More breakfast options would be nice. No exterior hotel sign you’ll never find it unless someone takes you right to the door. Loved the location of the restaurant as well in the old town where breakfast was served. Our waiter was the same every morning and was fantastic.

The room was spacious, clean and lovely overall. Checking in was a stressful process as the property directions were not clear. When I arrived and tried to call the number that was given on Hotels.com I reached the owner who was very rude to me. This was after nobody got back to me when I reached out that morning to get more detail on how to get to the property via messaging or WhatsApp. I was quite shocked at how I was treated over the phone. The other issue I had is that there were only sheets on the bed. The room was cool enough to warrant more blankets and there was no one to reach after hours to ask for some. The street is also very loud throughout the night, so it was hard to sleep. Overall, even though the room was nice I don’t think it’s worth the cost. And after the way I was treated checking in I will not be booking this property again upon my return to Split.

Absolutely great place for stay in Split! Located right in front of the Silver Gates of the Old Town, and 3 min walk to Riva. It is also very close to the port (if you're taking a ferry), a few mins walking. The apartment itself (we stayed in 3 bed one) was immaculately done, spacious, had good size bathroom, comfortable beds, and was very well maintained. The stone walls were very-very charming, while the apartment itself offered modern amenities. The check-in was easy but it did require contacting the host over WhatsApp - the host was responsive so it was smooth and easy. Important to note: the place is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Since it's not a hotel there is no bell staff to help with the luggage. It didn't affect us but can be a consideration for some. I would definitely come back! And highly recommend this place.

Really helpful staff and they were easy to communicate with thru WhatsApp. Brand new built rooms with really luxury and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast in the hotel next door was great and you could not have a more historic view while eating breakfast. Location is perfect! Right at the silver gate to the old town, walking distance to the ferries and so much to see right outside the door.

Room looked nice when we entered. However, no one reach out to us before we arrived and reception closed at 4:30 pm. No help with our bags to the rooms. You will go up many stairs. Room service cleaning was pretty much non existent unfortunately as well. No water in the room, no fresh towels unless asked for. Overall, it is very close to good areas and restaurants and also room itself was not bad- bed and pillows weee comfortable. They didn’t even have blankets for us, just a sheet, we had to go looking for blankets

Tiffani the host was very knowledgeable and helped us organize our excursions and even walked us to an amazing restaurant near by. She helped organize a taxi service to the airport after a fun filled day with a local who was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Book with Tiffani! Tifani Luxury Rooms was an excellent location for our stay in Split. Located just outside the city walls, but accessible for car drop off, you were 3-4 minutes from anything you wanted to do. The nearby market in the morning was a lovely surprise, offering fresh produce, clothing, or souvenirs. The included breakfast at a nearby hotel was wonderful. We only stayed 2 nights, but would love to come back. This is not a hotel, but separate rooms in 2 very old buildings that have been converted to separate apartments. No elevator, and our room was up 2 flights, so be aware if that is an issue for you. Make sure to communicate with the operator before arrival to receive good entry instructions. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The 'room' was spot on - cant fault anything, everything is of a very high standard and lovely and clean. the issues: its not a hotel, its up 5 flights of stairs (not noted in the decription) breakfast is in another hotel some 5 - 6 mins walk away so if its raining you get wet!! Locating the 'room' was difficult and ended up at another of their rooms, before having a video call to locate the said room. The host couldn't have been more helpful so this kind of offseet the issues noted above.
