A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.

Beautiful and clean room, good location and good price

A lovely place! Because of other travel plans, after a week we moved to a Marriott in the center of things (at twice the price) and I regret the need! The Downtown Apartments room was superior by every measure from bed comfort to television to WiFi to thermostat--on and on, everything was top-flight. The neighborhood has real "flavor" that might turn some people off. But this comes with numerous restaurants ranging from a lovely Turkish bakery within a few meters of the front door to several...

The staff were very customer oriented and helpful. The hotel location is the most comfortable and easy to go around the city of Berlin as it is walking distance to the Berlin Train Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

Great staff, clean property. Very accommodating for late check out. Rooms are huge! VIP upgrade was phenomenal! I would definitely stay here again during my next trip in Berlin.

Room was modern and clean, would happily stay here again. But could not get heat to turn down using system dial, had to turn off system completely and open window in order to not be covered in sweat. I stayed during cold temps, 2-6 celsius. The bar/lounge on the 10th floor is nice, had a dinner and drink there one evening. Location itself is good for walking to many restaurants and a couple parks. I was here for work and it was good for my needs.

So far all good and I would book again. The room has a good sound Isolation so no airport noise was recognizable.

Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.

Excellent breakfast buffet and dining area. Convenient water station on every floor, and 24-hour gym. No way to change or turn down the funky gym music, and you can smell the bacon from the kitchen if you go to the gym in the early AM lol. But still a great stay and will rebook if visiting again.

Overall our stay was great. Good location, staff was friendly, qnd rooms were clean.

Will at Hotel Zoe took great care of us. We stayed here July 12-14. Service was above and beyond. He helped us out with many things. Our last night, we lost a wallet in the street. 2 wonderful Berliners saw our room card, went to the hotel and waited 45 minutes until we came back. Will waited with them and helped to track us down. We were so thankful to be reunited with our property. We are incredibly grateful for the combined efforts and kindness of genuinely wonderful people.The hotel itself...
