Room is clean and spacious

I really enjoyed my stay here - it was only one night of my trip and I wished I had booked it for longer. I had a river view room, and it was probably one of my favorite hotel rooms and views I have ever had. The hotel staff was very helpful (and spoke excellent English as my German is lacking). The bed was comfortable, curtains blocked light well, and it was very quiet. My only confusion was that the master switch for the electricity was a big red switch on the wall that I was afraid might be...

The hotel is only a short walk from 2 subway stations, so getting around in Berlin is really not a problem. Situated in a quiet little street. Staff very helpful. Will at Hotel Zoe took great care of us. We stayed here July 12-14. Service was above and beyond. He helped us out with many things. Our last night, we lost a wallet in the street. 2 wonderful Berliners saw our room card, went to the hotel and waited 45 minutes until we came back. Will waited with them and helped to track us down. New hotel, not big,not small, walkable distance or short taxi ride to attractions, nice restaurants nearby, nice rooms, front desk staff is what makes this hotel work, will help you out with directions, order taxis, ordering tours,etc Can't really say anything negative about it.

This was a beautiful property and the staff were all very helpful. We wanted a hotel close to the transit system and a metro stop across the street fulfilled that need.

The location seems to be depopulated after 17:00, but that’s ok. It’s close to Alexanderplaz. The Klosterstraße U-Bahn station (U2 line) is across the street and the Rotes Rathouse station (U5 line) is maybe 4 blocks away. The breakfast options were all quite good. The room was clean and modern. The AC wasn’t as cold as my non-European comfort level would prefer, but the windows tilt open. One interesting thing to check out are the locks on the Spree river, just a short walk from the hotel....
