"Friendly staff. Very nice rooftop terrace. Clean and spacious room.
Remember that you can not drive all the way up to the hotel with your own car if you are not a resident of Rome."
"I absolutely love this place... the staff loved my little baby and family. Ms. Silva, Ms. Monica, Mr. Emanule, and the other older gentleman and lady!!!. They were the most precious to us and so accommodating. Thank the Lord, we chose this place and location, best decision we could have made staying in Roma!!!! ARRIVEDERCI!!"
"Very clean. Beautiful marble. Convenient to trains. Breakfast included was quite nice- not the best, but still quite nice. Excellent choice for an overnight stay before taking train to Civitavecchia."
"So impressed with this hotel. Location is great for most things. The staff are just so lovely and helpful. We had the honeymoon suite which was fantastic with many treats included in the package. I didn’t expect to get so much free stuff, free welcome drink, dinner, minibar, flowers, sweets and prosecco in the room! Amazing would recommend to anyone"
"Best hotel for a very long time. I work for an Italian company so I am often her but not soevifically in Rome, more Milan/Reggio Emilia/Brescia etc. This time it was with the family, best location that is on a square that is garded by the military due to the buildings close by. Very quiet, helpfull staff and breakfast was one of the best in Italy so far(I have worked here for 10 years now). I will definteley choose this once next tima also 👌👌👌👌👌"

Excellent location at a walking distance of the main places and neighborhoods to visit. Quiet street. The rooms are on the second floor of a very nice building. Safe area. It has been recently remodeled. Very clean. The receptionist is not always there but, he waits for you to give you the key and Give you some tourist information. He was very nice. I really liked the place and I strongly recommend it.
We were honestly pretty surprised in a good way. The place felt very high-end, almost like a luxury setup, but still had that comfortable, home-like feeling. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the design had nice personalized details that made it feel more thoughtful and not just generic.
Even though there wasn’t any staff physically present, communication was still really smooth and consistent through messages, which made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, it gave that...
The room had a small kitchen that allowed us to have some basic foods available between enjoying fantastic local restaurants. Stephan is a fantastic host. He helped us get from the airport to the hotel then sat with us marking a map of the many nearby attractions and his favorite restaurants. He was very helpful in making our visit to Rome memorable.
The staff were proactive in asking when I’d arrive & immediately responsive whenever I had a question. The room was clean, beautiful & roomy with super cold AC -so needed in the heat of Rome. They also let me leave my bags there the day I checked out which was very helpful since I had an all-day workshop & didn’t need to be at the airport until evening. Highly recommend! And I stay here again!
Very nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Anna was nice and helpful. The Vatican is very close. We will definitely return here when we return to Rome.
Perfect location, perfect room, and perfect receptionist/guest relations (Karla). So kind, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She added to the charm of the property.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and taken very good care of! Daniele greeted us and answered all of our questions and made us feel at home in his city. The room was very clean and modern. We traveled to 5 different countries in 12 days, and this B&B was the best of all!! Being from the States, we were pleased to have a top sheet in our bedding as the other hotels in our Europe travels did not so the little things mean a lot. Most of all the room was comfortable and quiet! The...
Valerio hosted this B&B. He is a most gracious and helpful individual! His recommendations as to where to eat and what sights to see were right on and gave us an opportunity to plan each day. He guided us to a little family restaurant just a block way from the B&B that turned out to be the only place we ever had dinner. He recommended pasta primavera, an absolute winner! All places we were interested in were within walking distance.
We had a great stay at the property! It is a typical Roman apartment building, so there are multiple doors to enter with a combination of manual keys and electronic keys. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
Clean, modern, extremely friendly staff. Close to Vatican City and walking distance to many sites. Upscale neighborhood. As a solo traveler I felt safe and the staff were always accommodating. Clean!
My cousin and I stayed in a suite which could sleep 4 people comfortably. The king size bed was incredible and I had great sleep. The room is spacious and the staff is simply wonderful. Pamela was quick to respond to any question we had and she even let us store our bags after check out for us to adventure one last time in Rome before our flight. This location is convenientand very walkable to any monument and it’s an easy 30min walk to Vatican City. I highly recommend staying here.
This was a dream find- within view of the Ottaviano metro station, clean, great staff, adorable rooms and a Jacuzzi to boot. This is an absolute gem of a place and if I'm ever back in Rome I'll be staying here again.
We love this hotel! Super close to everything! Staff were always so nice, they are like family ! Rooms are clean and roomy. Breakfast was great! Very yummy with a lot of options! Elevator was always a plus since I can’t walk much. If I ever go back to Rome I’ll love to stay there again!!
We spent 2 days after our cruise at Residenza Cavallini. It was a short walk to the Vatican, Castel Sant' Angelo, Piazza del Popolo and even the Spanish Steps. Also it was easy to get to the metro. Another great thing about this location is the multitude of very good small restaurants. My favorite thing, however, is the rooftop terrace where you have a view of the river and some of the churches on the far side . The Residenza Cavallini is on the 5th floor (or 6th if you count in US terms),...
