The common areas were beautifully designed and completely renewed. The room was specious and nicely decorated. A/c worked well and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only tips for improvement are 1. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t that high. 2. The finishing of the tiles in shower needed some work and had some small traces of mold. Other than that room and bathroom were nicely decorated and well equipped. Last but not least the location was also perfect.

Great people at hotell. But saddly the hotel is is old with very few facilities. Aircondition is almost bon working and became very hot in the rooms. Ther eis no way to charge your phone at the night desk at there is no switch. The positive was the peiple working there. Very helpfull. Sadly the hotell is very out of city and not really much to see around. Its ok if you need 1-2 nights

Excellent stay. Cannot fault this hotel in any way from our experience. Room was as in pictures, cleaned to a high standard daily. Nice Bar area, coffee was lovely. All the staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. Luggage store was ideal on arrival and check out days to maximise time. Additionally we left an item in the room when checking out, having realised a few hours later we contacted the hotel and the item was at reception when we returned to collect our luggage. 15 min walk to the Vatican area and around 25 min to Pantheon. Would happily recommend and will return.

Great stay, great location! Wish it had a concierge that could help coordinate things a little better but overall was great. We were told the gym didn’t open until 7:30am which is inconvenient. But everything else was wonderful!

Amazing stay, very cozy and comfy room! If you are more than one girl with luggage i suggest separate rooms like myself and my friend did (we asked to be close). Staff is great and sweet! There is always a police car outside the hotel for safety the neighborhood is beyond amazing-seems like where businesses are and closer to Vatican City. Easy walk into the main area of Rome if you looking to walk to the main attraction's. The rooms were beyond clean, there is a strong blow dryer (for those girls who need one), a safe, daily housekeeping. The AC is amazing hehe because it was nearly 100 degrees F. The only downfall I would say is to iron your clothes there only one on the 4th floor to share in a room… so make sure you ask for access to that if needed. Other than that honestly I would stay there again because I felt safe the whole time.

Barulho incomodo do exaustor do banheiro, além de cheiro desagradável vindo do ralo. Não havia qualquer amenidade, se quisesse teria que solicitar na recepção. Solicitei prato, talheres e copo, tive que pegar no bar do hotel e só foram concedidos copo e talheres de plástico. Também não havia armários no quarto, apenas cabideiro. Equipe de funcionários bastante apática. Definitivamente, para mim, não valeu o investimento.

Todo excelente con la excepción de la presión de las duchas, la cual era muy baja. El aire acondicionado de los cuartos tampoco funcionaba del todo bien, pueden mejorar. La atención del personal fue impecable y la localización del hotel es de lo mejor.
