The Gym was well equipped, I had a good work out. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious! "

"The hotel is modern, clean and nice. Good location for a first time visit. (We should have stayed in Jurerê, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.) The shower worked erratically. The staff was amazing. So genuinely friendly and helpful. Really liked the live music in the lobby every day."

"I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful. On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room."

"Rooms were clean and well furnished. Staff works through an app you can download to communicate. No front desk. Views were fantastic. Very safe with security systems. 10/10 will book with Xtay every chance I get. "

" O hotel é bem bonitinho por dentro, ajeitado, mesmo estando numa zona deteriorada do Centro de Florianópolis, onde há lixo nas calçadas e muitos usuários de drogas 24 horas. Apesar disso, a localização é estratégica, pois fica perto do terminal central de ônibus e da Rodoviária. Me surpreendi com a qualidade do quarto que fiquei, esperava condições aquém do que encontrei. "Great experience in Florianopolis, I spent one night there to go to Porto Alegre and unfortunately didn’t have enough time to use the pool, but the flat itself was amazing, with a nice area with restaurants and live music downstairs in the nearby building, I highly recommend the place"
