Eu jamais tinha ficado em um hotel tão ruim, o quarto estava sujo , o banheiro estava tomado pelo mofo, assim como uma parede do quarto tinha mofo. O frigobar estava cheio de ferrugem, as toalhas eram velhas e rasgadas, assim como os lençois. O piso estava extremamente SUJO igual o banheiro, que tinha até pelos no vaso, cabelos na parede e na ducha. Não recomendo e não voltarei nunca mais.

Uma hora e meia aguardando para fazer check-in. Banheiro masculino da recepção interditado. Não havia carrinhos para transportar bagagens, porém havia uma escada com muitos degraus até o elevador. O estacionamento não fica claro que é pago, e é sim! E não fica próximo ao hotel, sendo levado por manobristas... Há, o pior... Nos acomodaram em um quarto já ocupado por terceiros. Foi horrível esta experiência. Pensamos assim: Não vamos deixar nada no carro porque irá para o estacionamento... Mas percebemos que o local mais inseguro era o quarto. E no mesmo dia, encontrei outras pessoas com o mesmo problema, inclusive mulheres que chegaram só nos seus quartos e depararam com homens. E no dia seguinte, novas ocorrências similares. O quarto não tem telefone, o telefonegeraldo hotel não atende, o número disponível de WhatsApp, acionamos por volta das 21:00, foram responder 04:00 da manhã!!!
