Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's.

Razoável, nem bomnem tão ruim.. o problema é que eu reservei um apto que dizia ter cama grande e na verdade são duas camas de solteiro mas elas se separavam muito facilmente e ficou desconfortável porque as camas abriam espaço entre si. Quanto ao batnehrio, uma pia minúscula que para lavar as mãos apenas já mandei lhava todo o chão. O café da amanhã muiito bom, porém usa-se a o hotel Faial que serve para ambos hospedes, tanto do farol da ilha quanto do Faial. É a mesma equipe praticamente,e os mesmos serviços até mesmo de estacionamento. Mas vale a pena ficar mesmo em no Faial.

Fiquei hospedada 1 diária em um quarto no 5o andar (54). O quarto é muito pequeno, tem cheiro de umidade, no teto do quarto e banheiro tem sinais de umidade, o ar condicionado deve estar com o filtro sujo, quando liga o cheiro é muito forte. Estava frio e o chuveiro é elétrico e não esquenta direito.

Cama não muito confortável e chuveiro elétrico com pouca pressão. Uma coisa que não gostei foi o barulho nos corredores que me acordaram bem cedo (o apto que fiquei era do lado do elevador). Além disso, o hotel não oferece café da manhã e o preço dos lanches (restaurante) é um pouco caro. Já tinha ficado outras vezes, mas desta vez foi a que menos gostei.

Hotel bem localizado mas chegar de carro é uma aventura pois não tem local para parar e descer as malas. Tem que estacionar em cima da calçada atrapalhando tanto aos pedestres quanto aos veículos. O café é servido no hotel em frente, muito bom por sinal. O chuveiro ê elétrico o que para mim deixa pouco confortável. O quarto tem bom espaço e estava tudo em ordem e limpo.
