A recepção deixou a desejar no atendimento: ficamos em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro sendo um casal, e a promessa de colocar um pillow top para resolver o problema não foi cumprida. Apesar disso, o café da manhã é excelente e o hotel mandou muito bem na programação para a Maratona de Florianópolis, oferecendo uma noite especial com massagem, música ao vivo e pipoca.

Boa opção para famílias, com unidades espaçosas, boa localização, piscina, academia e café da manhã variado. O atendimento é gentil e as instalações são funcionais, mas o hotel é bastante antiquado, com sinais de desatualização e descaso com a manutenção. Quartos antigos, decoração fria, materiais desgastados e, no nosso caso, forte cheiro de urina e mofo, que melhorou com a ventilação, mas não desapareceu totalmente. Em contrapartida, blackout, chuveiro e toalhas são bons. No geral, atende bem a quem busca praticidade, mas não é indicado para quem valoriza conforto, acolhimento e boa conservação.
