"A large very busy hotel but extremely efficient methods in breakfast room even at busiest times and most efficient lift system i have ever seen. The sky bar does get very busy though understandably with it's great views from 27th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff too in all departments. Hotel in a good location with good public transport including 001 free bus nearby. Highly recommended."

"We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid. The property feels very new and well-maintained, and everything was exceptionally clean. The lobby has a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that really sets the tone when you arrive. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were spacious with a very nice overall decor. A couple of small things could be improved. It would have been nice to have complimentary water provided in the room, and the glass doors in the bathroom were not very practical for a family stay, as they don’t offer much privacy."

"The breakfast was great, with a huge selection of foods. All organised, well laid out (at least 3 coffee stations), and very tidy. The staff at the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, with English TV channels too! I didn't try the other facilities. "

"What a great find this was! It’s in the perfect neighborhood for us, the staff is very welcoming, nice and helpful, the rooms are very good, and it has a young and hip ambience. My twenty-something kids really loved it!"

"The room was clean. Our room overlooked a main walking road but was still very quiet inside. They also have a good deal on parking at a nearby parking garage. The staff were very helpful and friendly."
