"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect! Our rooms were super clean, big, and so nice. You’re not too far from the centro maybe 10 minutes. They also have a roof top Pool that you can see the city at night, it was beautiful! Lalo is who helped us out he was so helpful and nice and recommended us great places to check out. I highly recommend to stay here"

"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"The room was spacious, furniture was comfy We didn't cook there but it had the basics one would need. The building itself is nice. The rooftop features (hammock, pool, gym) were all great and the neighborhood is perfect, close to everything with either a quick walk or a short cab/Didi ride"

"Good little hotel for short stays. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Diego in restaurant was friendly attentive and a great cook. Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone"

"I needed a last minute room in Cancun. This hotel is basic and a bit dated, but room was clean , good A/C, WiFi and hot water. Breakfast is average, items not replenished that often and limited choice. Nevertheless, good value for the money and there is a large shopping mall opposite with extensive food outlets."

"This a new, small, and very nicely appointed hotel. It's quiet, friendly, and located near a small market and a fabulous, authentic Parrilla serving great meats and small dishes. A ten minute walk takes you to Parque de las Palapas, a vibrant community facility full of local families, music, shops, bathrooms, and a children's playground. We enjoyed visiting the hotel strip and beach during the day but were happy to be staying in this lovely neighborhood an Uber ride away Cancun's Las Vegas like...
