This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel.

This was a great hotel. I had booked it on a sale so the staff had to check it out as it was much lower than advertised. Good thing I had my paperwork with me. The room was great and quiet. It was in a good location near a bus stop. The breakfast included was amazing.
This is an excellent option to stay in the city. Iti is modern with small kitchenette and extensive common area. There was a large outside seating area. This hotel is located right above the bus terminal, which males it easy to get to and from airport. Guggenheim is a nice 20 min walk away. Old town is 2 stops on metro. The station is right outside. Plenty to do and see. I will stay again when I am in town.
The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. Great hotel. Very clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included and it was excellent! Hotel was across the street from the Guggenheim museum.
Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.
This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!

I loved this hotel. It was everything you want: quiet, clean, attractive and it’s in the absolute best neighborhood. Everything is nearby. The Guggenheim is 15 minutes walk away. There’s a subway station half block away, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well appointed. Fabulous shower. Check in and checkout fast and simple with very nice people. The park across the street is gorgeous. I suggest you spend an hour just sitting on a park bench. I honestly can’t say enough good...
