We had a spacious triple room with plenty of space to relax. Well located. Upon arrival we parked outside and I checked us in. I was given a little map of how to access the parking and then we used the lift to get directly into the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, great location in the city centre and a nice gym. I will definitively stay here next time I visit Bilbao.

The location is very central, just off the main shopping street. The room was clean, there was big bathroom with bathtub. We had really good breakfast. It's a fantastic hotel with reasonable price.

8/10 Very good

This is our second time staying in this hotel. It is a very conveniently located, clean and pleasant hotel to stay in. Our dog was also welcome. Having not chosen to include the breakfast, access to a coffee in the morning was a little awkward. The staff in the dining room were not very enthusiastic about providing this service. This was our only disappointment.

Sercotel Coliseo was great! I only had a short two night stay there, but really liked the convenient location, the staff, and the clean and comfortable room. Honestly, I find the beds in Europe to be a bit firm for my liking, but that was the only thing (and was the same everywhere I went). You can walk pretty much anywhere in Bilbao and I liked the area a lot. The breakfast was really good too!

10/10 Exceptional

We booked a large room for a child and a couple. Room was great and had separation between spaces, which made it easier to sleep. Be vary of the steps between sections of the room, as it is easy to trip over. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Location olia great for exploring the centre and the old top. Plenty of paid parking nearby, but it is quite expensive.

6/10 Good

Staff, the few that there are, are very helpful & friendly. The fact that there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room is a big minus for me in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Breakfast was adequate but not going to win any awards.

We had a very comfortable four nights here. The bed was cosy and the room temperature was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast since there was a tasty variety of fresh food.

8/10 Very good

Perfect location, but at night, you can not even get a tea in a normal cup, just in a cartoon, and a bit late at night, they don't serve you anything...

8/10 Very good

The breakfast was fresh but it would be nice to change it up a little bit. The staff were polite and they were accommodating for the most part but occasionally there was a language barrier. Parking was safe.
