Our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. Casy and Mari are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their work. Look forward to returning. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but other than that all was very nice.

Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.

Absolutely beautiful property and outstanding amenities! Nothing is perfect but this was as near perfect as it could be. Lovely room. Awesome pools. I stayed during the first days of this beautiful hotel and I can say that it was a pleasant experience. Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. Then his fellow bellman Mex showed us to our room with our bags. Where he explained every detail of the resort and where everything was located in the resort.
