Friendly and helpful staff. Nightly shows and parties were lots of fun! The property has only 4 restaurants and small selection of foods but still very good. Hope to be back again. Highly recommend A+

This place was so lovely!! The staff were excellent and really cared about all of us. It’s a tiny place and they make the most out of it. Fun pool parties, attentive staff. You will know everyone by the time you leave.

The facilities were nice and clean with great beach access. The only reason we would not stay at Sandos again is the food. The quality, taste and variety left lots to be desired.

Amazing resort! Definitely do not overlook this gem. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The staff is all extremely friendly and always willing to answer questions or help in any way possible. The 3 pools are very clean and SO warm. The food offered a great variety and the option of room service was excellent. Wilmar greeted us on our first day and was so friendly and just made our Sandos stay extra fun! The food was excellent and the cleanliness was awesome. Was a very great experience. But room service did bleach my pants and didn’t do anything about it which I was not happy about.

This hotel was great. The employees there go above and beyond and they make the experience even better. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a view of the ocean and the city from our balcony. Great view. The pools were the best part for me. Water was crystal clear and very clean. They were also never overcrowded because there’s 3 decent size pools which was very nice. The food was also great. The Italian restaurant was especially good. We also loved our waiter Alan. Overall this was a great vacation spot and I plan to go back.
