I was worried about booking here with all mixed reviews. But this place was very spa feel, as soon as we got there we were received by the hotel staff they got our luggage. It was a hot day and before we had a chance to go into the lobby, there’s someone handing us a wet, cold washcloth that smelled so good. Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.

Elevators suck too slow long waiting for elevators

Just returned from a week at Dreams Playa Mujeres. We booked this property because it shares privileges with Secrets, which is connected via 5 minute walk on a pathway or a quick golf cart ride. This made our stay better because we could jump between properties. Our only complaint was on our first day the check in process wasn’t as smooth as we hoped, as they need 1-2 more staff checking in guests on the busy days like the weekends. Great for the price. Nice room and close to the clubs. If you just need a room and not a resort, this is the right place. Perfect location 5 minutes walking to the nightlife like coco bongo. Staff was very helpful in all ways. They helped out with tour informations, clubs, and restaurants. They also gave free wifi, which had strong signal.

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Everything an all-inclusive, adults only resort should be. Very attractive modern facility. Nice elegant restaurant choices. Very friendly and attentive staff. All the food and drink you could want at all times of the day. No worries about tipping (we did some anyway). The only negative is the hard sell to buy more vacations through their chain of facilities. They accost you on check in and check out and you have to say “No” to the point of rudeness to get them to leave you...

Here is my review of this property. We loved our trip, and we loved the property overall. Just offering some unbiased feedback about what to expect. 1. The property is very well-kept. Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.

Perfect place ever ,staffing amazing very helpful

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

Stayed at Suites Sina for 10 days. Rooms are big, clean, and food was delicious. Beds were incredibly comfortable especially after a day at the beach, diving, or visiting ruins. Internet was fast and did not have problems when I skipped with family. The aircon kept the room pleasant or cold if you wanted it. The view of the lagoon hotel zone across the way were beautiful. If you are looking for a resort, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a quiet place on the best beach, this is the spot. This is the only hotel on this beach, the rest are private homes (mansions). Service is great. We did the inclusive breakfast and it was just good (coffee was great) and choices did vary each day. The property is absolutely gorgeous. One of the guests was kidnapped by 6 guys who pulled him into a van and shoved a gun down his throat until he transferred $1,000 via a cash app. This was a 10 minute walk from the property, so stay safe and don't go off the grounds.

We received the promised vip upgrade to a very nicely located Villa right on the beach. We could walk right out from our patio to the sand and ocean. The beach at the hotel was very nice. We did not experience the difficulty in getting dinner reservations at the hotel restaurants that we had read about from other travelers...and also thought the buffet was good too. We loved our butler, Indira. She really made us feel well taken care of! It was overall a great experience.
