"The stay was awesome! Everyone was friendly and having breakfast included was so nice. We do wish they would have informed us (put online somewhere or in an email) that the pool was under construction, though. But we would definitely stay here again!"

"When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. "
