We love staying at Arca, the only complaint I have is how the receptionist Sasha made me feel, I felt I was just a credit card for her. The bed can be better. The food and drinks here are great the bar and restaurant is amazing. The day before check out we were approached with the check out invoice during sunset, worst experience ever and it ruin my sunset time, guest don't want to review a check out invoice while enjoying sunset in your bathing suit. I didn't mentioned it to the manager and he understood, hopefully this change as its not nice, I told the manager that is best to leave it at the room the night before check out, this is usually done at high-end boutique resorts.

This is a newer, small boutique hotel that is very quiet and centrally located directly on West Bay beach. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the front desk staff, to the bar/restaurant staff, to the various other staff including the housekeeping staff and on-site security and the ground transportation drivers.

We had a truly great stay at Arca. The view from our room was amazing. Waking up to the sound of the beach every morning was great. The room was clean and really comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The best part of our stay was the staff. Whatever we needed they took care of it. From coffee brought up to our room in the morning to helping us with rides and activities. The service at the bar and restaurant was great. Even though the weather wasn't the best during our stay Arca made it memorable.

Arca was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It was right on the beach, so beautiful, and they kept it so clean! Even the sand right in front of the hotel! Their restaurant was some of the best food I’ve ever had! I would come back just for the food! Everyone was so nice at the Hotel, I loved them all! I was so sad to leave! Everyone walking on the beach would always stop in front of our hotel to look at it! Cause it was the best one!:) I would give this hotel more stars if I could!!

I had a lovely stay. The hotel and grounds are pristine. The hotel staff are all very attentive and welcoming. There are many perks while staying at the Arca. The champagne sunsets are lovely, the food is delicious, and the private vehicle to the west end was very convenient. I also enjoyed the proximity to the beach, snorkeling areas and the many restaurants. I definitely want to come back again. An amazing and relaxing experience!

Hello Arca. It was our first experience at Arca Roatan. It should not be the last. We really appreciated the calm, cleanliness and mostly, the quality of the service. Food is good, bed comfortable (although, you could offer down pillows, high end hotels do that), ideally located, clean and personnel is helpful and smiling. We loved it. We give you 9/10. We’d give you 10 but the complete absence of drawers and the extremely limited place in the wardrobe forced me to keep my stuff in my suitcase the whole week. I, of course, left the available space to my wife. Also, Roatan is a diving spot. We go there to dive, so if you could offer hangers, or secured storing places for our gears, it’d be great. In summary, great place you have there. Keep it up
