Staff was great we booked a double queen and some how ended with 1 twin. We were a family of 4 they were great to resolve this issue

We loved our room

It's a pricey hotel, but my wife and I found it worth the money. First of all it seemed like the most modern and secure hotel in the whole city. It's located right on the waterfront, with a giant pool and a bar outside. The rooms are clean and very spacious, very modern, so the ones who have allergies shouldn't be worried. The staff is very friendly, most of them speak English. A separate thank you for helping us organize amazing trips to the mountains and thermal waters. The wifi in the room...

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at Puerta Azul in July 2022. Talia and her staff were always helpful and friendly. Puerta Azul was an ideal place to relax and unwind, as it was located in Sandy Bay away from the busy resorts and cruise ship traffic. The property was small and isolated in a residential area of the island. It was on the beach with a long dock best suited to watch the fabulous sunsets. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent. It was the perfect place...
