"The hotel is very well located on the beautiful Promenade Park and walking distance from the old town area. There are plenty of restaurants around as well. The buffet was very nice, but I wouldn’t really rave about it. It was slightly more Grand than the general regular US Hotel included breakfast. It included: chafing dishes with some hot breakfast items a selection of fruits, selection of baked goods, cereals, and beverages. We had a comfort level room. It was clean, sparse and small, but...

"Great place and very convenient to Nice-Ville Station! Laundromat is only 3-5 minutes away. Really like their lounge area. They have coffee machine and water station which is helpful when weather is really hot. Looking forward to returning to this hotel."
