Hotel staff was great and room was very nice. Location is on the beach and close to everything. Only con is that there is an additional $R23.00 per day charge that is required to be paid upon check-out.

Great hotel just across the street from beautiful Ipatarica Beach. Free breakfast and parking included in the price. Meticulous maid service.
Walking and bike paths the entire length of the beach with kiosks to get food and drink with table service on the beach. Best location in Villa Velha.
Great Location to experience locale life, culture and cuisine. Breakfast buffet was awesome with variety of fresh fruits, and meats.
