Eu e minha esposa tivemos uma experiência incrível no Alice Vitória Hotel! Desde a chegada até a saída, tudo nos surpreendeu positivamente. O atendimento foi impecável. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, atenciosos e prestativos. O pessoal da recepção merece um destaque especial, assim como as meninas da limpeza, que foram incrivelmente atenciosas, simpáticas e cuidadosas com a higiene. O quarto estava super limpo, confortável e silencioso. Ar-condicionado, chuveiro e tudo mais funcionaram perfeitamente. Não tivemos nenhum problema com barulho nos corredores, o que proporcionou noites muito tranquilas. O café da manhã também foi um grande destaque: variedade incrível e tudo muito gostoso e bem preparado. A estrutura do hotel é excelente. A piscina no terraço é linda e a vista é simplesmente perfeita! Como única observação, sentimos falta de um acesso direto entre o estacionamento e o interior do hotel. É necessário sair pela calçada e entrar pela outra rua. Não chegou a atrapalhar nossa estadia, mas seria uma melhoria muito bem-vinda. O custo-benefício é excelente. O valor foi muito justo para tudo que o hotel nos proporcionou. Com certeza voltaremos! Já estamos olhando os próximos feriados prolongados para retornar. Excelente estadia em Vitória. O hotel tem estrutura antiga, mas dá conta do recado sem problemas. As camas são boas, banheiro também, tendo como ressalva apenas vedação ruim na luminosidade das janelas. As cortinas poderiam ser mehores. Café da manhã é o ponto forte. Há muito tempo não vejo um café tão farto e variado, com diversas opções. A equipe foi bem prestativa. Permitiram check in antes do horário. A região em frente ao hotel é agradável. Há um praça com equpamentos de ginástica ao ar livre e também um local para corridas e caminhadas margeando o porto.
