I was very surprise with this hotel, it was way better that expected. It looks like a new property, rooms are large and clean. Staff is very friendly and even though it's low season there are plenty of employees and they are always taking care of the property. There is always someone cleaning the pool, floors, restrooms, etc.
Food at the restaurant is average and overpriced, but there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I found the area very safe.
