We stayed there twice. Fist time 4 nights- 1st floor area D. I Didn’t like that area. Close to the kitchen so it was a little warm and smelly. Not in the room though. Good food. Good service. Second time, 1st floor area B. Soo much better. It’s a beautiful hotel.

For the price I definitely expected more, especially when it comes to the food. Breakfast was great (we had the more private breakfast because we payed more for a suite so maybe that influenced that result) but lunch and dinner were par to sub-par in my opinion. A lot of the buffet foods were way overcooked and semi flavorless. When you're spending so much money to have full meal services and you eat food that isn't as good as what you make at home that was for sure disappointing. ... Location and convenience was great, especially with two little kids, but I think I would have enjoyed it more in a hotel that would give a little more effort.

The Serbs Natal Grand Hotel provided high quality services to me and their guests. They were welcoming, and made my friend and I feel at home. The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture. The hotel is nice; however, a few things I noticed affected my rating. Despite how nice it looks, it needs renovations. There were many cracks and open areas that needed fixing and remodeling. Two, the sheets and curtains had stains on them, and the cleaning crew does not change the sheets; instead, they make the bed to make it look like they did. Three, despite paying for an all-inclusive package, I had to pay a fee at check-out for the food that I ordered. Lastly, the Wi-Fi signal wasn't been the best.

O hotel é muito bonito, com excelente localização em frente ao mar, uma vista espetacular e dependências muito agradáveis. A piscina é maravilhosa, muito gostosa e, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos da hospedagem. O hotel é muito bonito, em frente ao mar, com vista espetacular, ótima estrutura e piscina maravilhosa. O quarto é confortável e o chuveiro excelente. Porém, a cama precisa ser renovada: colchão velho, que afunda ao sentar e deitar, aparentando estar com as molas danificadas. As toalhas também são bastante ásperas. O grande problema foi a alimentação. Comprei meia pensão ao chegar e me arrependi. Não fui informada de que os restaurantes fechariam em alguns dias, deixando poucas opções. Em 7 dias de hospedagem, Marenostrum e Tapiro ficaram fechados por 3 dias. O self-service é muito abaixo do padrão esperado de um resort. O café da manhã é barulhento, desorganizado e poderia ter produtos de melhor qualidade e variedade: não havia queijo branco, mas serviam mortadela de péssima qualidade. Marenostrum e Tapiro têm comida muito boa, porém a vinda dos pratos é extremamente demorada. No Marenostrum simplesmente esqueceram da minha família, foi constrangedor ver outras mesas sendo atendidas enquanto permanecíamos esperando, até que a responsável finalmente percebeu o ocorrido. O hotel tem excelente estrutura e muito potencial, mas alimentação, organização e atendimento precisam melhorar bastante para corresponder à categoria e ao valor da hospedagem.

Hotel maravilhoso. A limpeza do quarto não foi feita em dois dias, tivemos que pedir para que fosse feita. Café da manhã muito bom. Sobre os restaurante do hotel, o buffet é muito bem e farto e funciona muito bem. O Restaurante Renato Romagnoni, de culinária italiana é um rodízio de pizza, com atendimento bem fraco. O restaurante Jangada, equipe de serviço é o pior de todos os restaurantes. Restaurante Marenostrum comida muito boa, mas a equipe também é fraca e a comida demorou muito para chegar. O SERUTZU Japanese Restaurant, foi além do restaurante Potiguat (o de buffet) o que a comida é boa e o atendimento eficiente. As piscinas são maravilhosas, e a piscina aquecida no final do dia é muito conveniente. Academia bem estruturada.
