My stay was excellent: the service, the breakfast was delicious with many options of breads, cakes, fruits, etc. It was very impressive. The clean room was very good. I would like to register that the air conditioner in the fitness center was not working and the TV had signals issues.

Memorable stay

Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not only after asking…. Also be sure to put the ‘please make my room’ outside of the room as otherwise room will not be cleaned… after all sorted out we really enjoyed the room with frontal sea view and a hammock on the small balcony 😃

Excelente Custo x Benefício. Acomodações super novas e bem decoradas, além de muito limpas. Equipe cordial e bem preparada (Hotel escola do Senac). Cozinha exclente com pratos bem elaborados com releituras dentro da culária regional. Café da manhã muito bem apresentado e diversificado. Instalaçóes bem novas, modernas e aparentando terem sido recentemente reformadas. Piscina muito boa, estacionamento bem amplo grátis, quarto e banheiro enormes. Existe algumas suítes de frente para o mar com varante e rede (vale muito à pena). Água quente central e Ar-condicionado muito eficiente. Camas novas e macias e envoxais limpos e cheirosos. Limpeza excelente num modo gerla. Apesar de ser beira-mar, local não é próprio para banho (pedras). Nota 09/10
