"This hotel is literally connected to the Chamartin train station which makes it a great location for travelers. It's a first rate operation by all measures. An excellent breakfast buffet is available at no additional cost."
"We really enjoyed the high end but relaxed atmosphere in the lobby. What a delight to see after jaunting all around Europe. We loved the roof top pool the service and food were incredible. The room was spacious and bathroom was also very luxurious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely make this a destination spot again one day!"

Cuatro Torres Business Area is worth a pic or two when discovering Fuencarral-El Pardo. Let yourself be amazed at the museums and art galleries in the area too.
If you like quiet time surrounded by flowers and greenery, hang out at Parque Norte-Carmen Tagle in Fuencarral-El Pardo. Let yourself be amazed at the museums and art galleries in the area too. Want to stretch your legs some more? Head to El Retiro Park and Puerta de Hierro, both nearby.
This hotel was fantastic. It would be fabulous if it were located in a better location, closer to old Madrid. We stayed there as we were attending a Real Madrid game. It was close to the metro, and the amenities and staff were great. It is located in a quite, residential neighborhood with no nightlife and few restaurant choices.
I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...
From entering the door the staff was excellent. They made us feel welcome . Our luggage did not arrive the first day but they notified us as soon as it arrived the next day. They were great with information on the different forms of public transportation. We will be back next year and I will most definitely stay there. I hope the staff dosen't change.

My unplanned travel to Madrid was for a family medical emergency. I do not speak Spanish, most unfortunately. Roberta and the Front Desk staff were unfailingly wonderful and helpful. Lobby staff arranged taxi, etc. Excellent.
The breakfast is expensive but has an amazing range of choices. The view from the 30th floor is awesome! It was not clear to me that the restaurant was NOT open for dinner. Room service is an option, as is eating in the lobby bar. There is also an outdoor food...
FABULOUS stay-THE LEVEL 15th floor for a week, with personal attention customer satisfaction! Offered quiet repose for breakfast and opportunity for meetings plus all day restorative tapas and tinto included! The staff graciously accommodated a gluten allergy issue for not only breakfast but throughout the day providing for "sin gluten" tapas. We fell in love with breakfast and Miguel’s daily gluten free offerings. (he even assured a small snack would be safe when other enjoyed pastries!) He...
We had a short stay here, however it was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby was lovely and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!
As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...
From reading the latest reviews, I already knew there was construction going on but it didn’t really interrupt my stay as I was out during the day. The room was beautiful and I’m glad I chose the room with a bigger balcony to have better range of view. I appreciate housekeeping for checking in whenever I forgot to leave the door sign and they always completed my request if I needed replacement of supplies. The only time I heard other people was when I was out on the balcony obviously, but not so...
We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.
Only stayed here for one night before flying back home. Hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice. They offered free breakfast which was great and they also have a restaurant that the food was good as well. If you are flying international like I did then taking the shuttle will take close to 30 minutes from the hotel to get to Terminal 4.
We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!
