Excellent hotel with a fantastic location, directly connected to Chamartín train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Madrid. The hotel has three restaurants on-site and a convention center. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. One of my favorite features was the deep bathtub, perfect for a long, relaxing soak after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, check in was swift, breakfast provided a broad range of options. A very easy option for arriving from the airport by train and an early start by train the next day. The Superfuud immediately adjacent provided excellent options for a quick meal.
