"A very well appointed hotel a short walk from Buckingham Palace and all the high-end theaters. Staff was uber professional, from front desk, usher, and room service.

"A friendly welcome and some lovely surprises for my husband’s 50th, The team were all lovely and couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay better. The room was fabulous as was the breakfast. Service fantastic and with a smile. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Loved the period quintessentially English hotel. The location was great, just a short walk from natural history museum in Kensington and 10 minute walk from South Kensington tube station. "
