This property was gorgeous with many entertainment options! The only complaint we had was that the beach could have been slightly nicer. We stayed at El Beso and had a fantastic time. The bartender, Edgardo IS THE BEST!! The food at this resort was definitely better than most resorts. Fatama with guest services was also so kind!

Food was very average, very little fresh fruit available. Most drinks were pretty bad with terrible sugar mixes used. Bad location for adult pool - it is directly across from the kids pool... We booked hydro therapy at the spa - extremely disappointing! They were completely unorganized, sauna was not turned on and ready for us. There was no guidance or assistance, hot tub wasn't very hot...

My stay at Ocean River Paradise in El Beso was absolutely amazing! Everything about this trip was perfect and truly enjoyable. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, exactly what I was hoping for. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the restaurants served delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always ready to help with a smile. I also loved the entertainment and activities the hotel offered—they really made my trip unforgettable. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends!

I’ve been to Mexico for all inclusive stays several times, and this by far has been the greatest experience. Lisandro was our concierge and he went over the moon to assist my family and I, and made this experience so wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful and the property was beautiful. My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Everything was amazing from the staff, to the food, to the drinks and the night life. They have hookah at the night club and piano bar which is in the lobby. 10/10! Will be returning.
