Property was easy to find in a great location. Staff were very helpful & friendly. The cabin was clean and had all suitable amenities. The only issue was that the code for the boomgate did not work properly, otherwise everything was excellent.

Firstly our accommodation was not what you advertised on your app. (Premium accommodation ) standard accomadation supplied Second (no power) due to lighting strike that wasn't fixed for 24hrs. The whole of Evans Head was down this happened 3hrs in to our stay. Third we had no (phone service) to call you to see what we could do and maybe get credit for our trip. We actualy had power 6pm Monday to 10am tuesday day. To sum up our trip totaly ruined for start to finish, and every shop was closed for this time we were there. Darryl

four day stay for some family commitments & some relaxation.we drove from Sydney so were late for check in. Called the reception during the day & they tested me all the after hours check in details. we had a one room cabin with a covered outdoor area. Very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Cooked dinner one night & stove top worked well. Convenient location - you can walk to the surf & to the restaurants. Have stayed before & would stay again

The unit pictured was NOT the unit we were allocated. These are newer an on the river. The one we got is very old and tired. We have stayed in this park before and know which units are what water pictured. Our unit was small, cramped and uncomfortable. Bed was uncomfortable and hard to get a good nights sleep. I had to crawl in to the very small double bunk to enable my husband to get comfortable in the bed. The bathroom was tiny, cramped and dated. Whilst the unit was clean and utensils etc adequate it was a disappointment that what we thought we were getting - as per your picture above was nowhere near what we got. Very misleading and disappointing

We had an issue with our first cabin which staff were very quick and helpful in trying to address. Our first night was uncomfortable and when the electrical issue was taking considerable time to resolve the management staff moved us, upgraded us and allowed us an extra night.
