Sayed was very welcoming. I asked for a free shuttle from the airport and they answered right away to me. Through Whats up you can communicate easily with them. He made my stay very comfortable. Another Sayed explained the tour packages very well too. They give you reasonable prices for the tours. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The staff is very professional and polite. And the rooms very clean and knew. The prices are really reasonable and the view from the roof top amazing. Thank you staff for being friendly and helpful.

Somente a vista é boa

Reservei quarto com vista para as pirâmides e quando cheguei por volta de 23h me falaram que estavam lotados e que tinham um quarto sendo vago dentro de uma hora e seria limpo antes de eu entrar e não era com vista, só iriam liberar com vista no dia seguinte. Aceitei porque era muito tarde e não tinha outra opção, acabou que esperei até as 2h da manhã pra entrar num quarto barulhento das máquinas de ar condicionado e mal limpo. O rapaz que estava na recepção dormiu sentado nessas 3 horas que eu estava esperando e estava roncando e babando, tive que acordar ele umas 3 vezes pra ele verificar se o quarto estava pronto. Não fui reembolsado em nada. No dia seguinte me colocaram no quarto com vista que era bem melhor que o primeiro porém de frente com uma rua super movimentada que é um barulho imenso o dia todo, inclusive de madrugada, era um quarto melhor que o primeiro. O café da manhã foi bem complicado, é bem ruim, os ovos são cozidos, fui me adaptando ao que tinha. Ao longo dos 5 dias meu quarto não foi limpo nenhuma vez, toalhas não foram trocadas, e sendo numa região de deserto ao final da estadia o quarto já estava cheio de areia no chão. O chuveiro é bom porém parece que tem um limite de água quente, se tomar banho mais demorado acaba a água quente. Ficamos sem água por duas vezes. O ponto forte do hotel é realmente vista, só recomendo se realmente quiser ter vista das pirâmides e não puder pagar por outro mais caro como o Marriot e vá preparado.

Der Typ an der Reception zeigte überhaupt keine Interessen. Zuerst das falsche Zimmer bekommen. Handtücher waren nicht sauber auch das Bett sah so aus als ob es frisch bezogen war. Das Zimmer wurde auf den darauffolgenden Tag nicht gereinigt. Grund: Wir hatten den Schlüssel nicht da gelassen.

What a wonderful boutique style hotel!! I just returned from a 5-night stay in a pyramid view room, and it was amazing! The staff was super attentive, the hotel was very clean, and the daily breakfast was great. Perfect jumping point for the pyramids and Cairo. I highly recommend for a budget-friendly, clean, safe hotel. Loved my stay there!

Stay somewhere else

Booked three nights pyramid view, 1st night in a room with view of a brick wall. Claimed to have 24 hrs between guests in rooms but moved into correct room 1 hour after someone checked out. Really Hard selling on services from the hotel. The balconies with the view ARE NOT private. Has breakfast but didn't partake because i couldn't find a kitchen.

Great views of Pyramids from Spacious Rooms

The views on this hotel is amazing. You can literally see the pyramids from your room as well as see it from the rooftop. I highly recommend for the unique experience. The rooms were well kept, clean and spacious. You would need to ask the front deskman for extra cleaning and ironing supplies. There was a hard push to get touring options from the hotel contact, but would recommend that you look at various options to come to a price agreement before booking anything. Overall good hotel rooms and views.
