"We had a wonderful stay at ULIV Mexico City! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Andrés, Saúl, and Montse for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Mexico City. The staff truly made the experience even more memorable. We would absolutely stay at ULIV again and highly recommend it to anyone...
"Barceló Reforma is one of the best deals in town. Centrally located and with all the amenities one can desire. Their breakfast is one of the most complete in town, with a selection for all palates... Neither my first nor my last time with them."
"It was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed the hotel location and the 2 restaurants the hotel provided. The Starbucks downstairs was really convenient as well. We really recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. 👍"
"Just passing through CDMX and got a room here as it was close to the bus terminal. We checked in late and staff was accommodating. The room was very clean and had black out curtains which was great as I needed to sleep in. Very clean establishment. Would recommend. "
"This hotel is modern in the middle of colonial Mexico. I loved that it’s located one block from el Zocalo. It’s clean and well maintained; and the staff is courteous and attentive. I truly enjoyed my stay."
"We love this hotel. we have stayed here 3 times on vacations to Mexico City. It is the most beautiful hotel in Mexico City with a tiffany-stained glass ceiling over the entire lobby and Effiel wrought iron elevators and his works all over the lobby. The staff is unbeatable, it has 24-hour security at the door, a view of the Zocalo from the restaurant. the rooms are elegant, and well appointed. the location on the Zocalo is unbeatable to access everything in the centro historico area."
"5 stars all the way for this excellent hotel! Fabulous breakfast and drinks on the top floor overlooking the city. Centrally located near the square in historic area. We will definitely stay here again!!"
"We absolutely loved this hotel!!! It was super clean. The staff was so helpful and nice! The location was the best. Walking distance to basically anything! I would so stay here again!!!"
"It’s a very good area, near the Angel. I felt very safe walking at night. There’s always someone selling tacos in the corner. The staff were very attentive especially the cleaning staff. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Mexico City."
"Great location. Right on red line that runs along ave. Insurgentes. Biblioteca vasconselos a few stops away. Angel, insurgentes, parque México all 15 mins walks. Hotel was clean and staff helpful"

This is a very modern hotel. The hotel looks new and still smells like new. The executive suite I stayed in was really nice. The bed was a what I would define as "paradise" - it was so comfortable that made you want to stay sleeping forever.
The gym was equipped with dumbbells and machines. I came back to the hotel at 1 AM and had a lot of energy still, so like a normal person I was at 2 AM working out shirtless.
The breakfast wasn't that complete. I just ate one of the two days cause it...
Close proximity to Metro station and buses. Safe, walking distance to Colonia La Condesa where there are a variety of restaurants and local bars. Very helpful and efficient desk staff who went above and beyond in providing information and advice. Breakfast offered a variety of choices and serving staff was very courteous. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay. We stayed twice during our visit.
Great place with ample space and a kitchen. Laundry not available in all rooms and there was a bit of a miscommunication about laundry service that required modifying my schedule a bit.
The Zocalo Central was amazing. Free abundant breakfast at the charming rooftop restaurant plus hearty snacks and beer 24/7. The room was quiet and beautiful. The location perfect for seeing the historic center and all kinds of shopping. We found some of the front desk staff to be somewhat disdainful. We were not asked to open a spending account upon check in when we paid for the entire trip which resulted in our laundry being held hostage at 10 PM because we didn’t have “credit ”. The lady...
