Mi reservación la realice una día antes del check in y Me solicitaban 48hrs para reservar la habitación que elegí (por correo) en camino a la ubicación traté de comunicarme vía WhatsApp como se indica y no hubo respuesta. Llegando al lugar les marco y les comento que me encuentro fuera de la ubicación y me dice que no tienen disponible ya que no hice el check in por correo y por eso no se realizó la reserva, posteriormente la señorita que me atendió, me pidió que le diera unos minutos para poder verificar si había disponibilidad, me comenta de nuevo y me confirma que si está la reservación, me piden que vaya a otra ubicación para que me reciba otra señorita y llegando a otra ubicación porque ya no había disponibilidad me dice que mi habitación con baño privado (la cual reservé desde el principio) ya no estaba disponible y que solo había con baño compartido por el mismo precio, que no había problema si no quería quedarme ya que al final si llegaron las personas que habían reservado esa habitación con baño privado (cosa que no entendí) al final decidí quedarme en el lugar ya que tenía un compromiso muy cerca de la ubicación y era tarde para encontrar otro espacio, en cuanto a la atención excelente, limpieza igual, solo faltó coordinación ya que en lo personal si es incómodo compartir baño.

Escogi World Trade Suites en su pagina web por que queria un hotel y lo que me dieron fue una habitacion en un departamento compartido, la entrada terrible me tuvieron en la calle dos veces esperando para entrar no pude dormir por que los ruidos de.la habitacion de al lado fueron terribles, las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento el ruido del vecino con su mujer acabo alas 3 de la mañana, el piso de la ducha asqueroso esto fue un engaño, de haber querido un aparatmwnto hubiera reservado por AIRbb

Me encanto que se encontrara en una zona segura, sin embargo no se nos notifico con anticipación que habria alguien que nos tendra de que dar acceso cada que salganos sin importar la hora, la señorita "D" fue muy seria y hostil, en un día que salí y avise con anticipacion que estaria de regreso nunca me abrio hasta que le hable a la chica que me hizo la reservación y mandaron a otra persona a darnos acceso, es realmente incomodo depender de un encargado que te este dando acceso, de ahí en fuera el depeartamento esta adoc para lo que uno necesita.
