A great new and modern hotel in the center of Lisbon. Our room was very small and not sure if it was the size I had reserved. The size was fine for us for 2 night since we weren't in the room much. Our room had no view - looked into another room. This was fine for us because it was dark for sleeping and very quiet. I would stay here again if visiting Lisbon.
Staff members were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. They made fresh and tasty omelette and pancake. Coffee was also very good. Clean room with balcony was nice. Service was the best.

First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. It is very modern, beautiful hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was extremely attentive… offering waters, drinks when we sat down there. They were great at letting us check into one of our rooms early. The house cleaning services the room twice a day. The only complaint I would have was the rooftop restaurant had very loud monotonous music. We tried to sit down but we just couldn’t stand it… otherwise, the hotel is really nice and in a great location

We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon.

this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit
