Staff were excellent, very welcoming and service was superb. However the property maintenance needs attention as the room telephone was disconnected (no wire), the room furnishings were a little dated and you can see some visible defects around and in the hallway the wallpaper is peeling.... Shuttle bus runs from 8:30am onwards, hence if you have earlier flight you have to rely on a taxi or uber. Location is right next to the airport, which is convenient for a night stop only. Nothing much around the area to see. I don't think the hotel should charge a similar rate to the hotels in the central city near tourist attractions as the location serves a night stop purpose for customers travelling via Lisbon airport. Overall the stay was good due to the excellent service provided by staff, so weldone to them.

Great service with wonderful welcoming people. Great breakfast. Hotel seems to be a little old but great location as you are close to the airport as well as the sort and the stadium where you can enjoy. Only issue the tub in the bathrooms which becomes difficult for people who have knee problems.
