We stayed at Luster for 4 nights. Our room was a little smaller than what we are used to, for instance, we are two people travelling with normal suitcases and we found it quite difficult to store/place them anywhere because of lack of space or even unpack the entire suitcase. It felt like the room was more suitable for a business trip with hand luggage only. Another downside was we found the rooftop with the pool, however, it was mostly in the shadow throughout the day-which was why we really did not spend any time there. The staff was very helpful, especially the bartender João giving hints and tips for special places in Lissabon. One thing that stood out was, there was no consistency when the staff knocked on doors offering chocolate, this was quite random and we only experienced it once (feedback to the hotel). The breakfast was top-notch, everything was very delicious, well-presented, and definitely 5-star worthy, no doubt. Overall we had a nice and pleasant stay and would recommend for a weekend stay in Lissabon.
