We spent an amazing four days at the Hacienda. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. It’s a very unique and historic location. There is a small cenote on site that you can’t swim in and a slightly larger cenote a 30 minute walk away. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our spa/ bath to fill up. Overall great trip.

A beautiful Hacienda located in the middle of nowhere. Staff mainly from local people, very friendly. Very clean however the property needs some maintenance. The Restaurant is wonderful with a very nice view to the garden and pool. A lot of things to do close to the property but you need a car or hire a taxi driver for the day because nearby attractions are at least 30 minutes driving.

Seen better days

The place has seen better days and it does not deserve the price they are asking. Rooms are spacious but seems not to have been touched since 2007. Pool chairs are falling apart and restaurant offering hasn’t seen much innovation since 2007. Overall they are asking 5 star prices for a 3 star experience.

Me devolvieron mi auto con detalles de raspaduras. También alguien intento quitarle la tolva de la parte delantera y yo sin darme cuenta al poner en marcha el auto, la pieza se fue raspando con el piso dañåndola por completo. Tras los hechos, negaron que algo pudo ocurrir dentro del estacionamiento de la hacienda. Pero al no contar con cåmaras de seguridad, y un muro de 1 metro, me hizo estar completamente seguro que se vandalizo mi auto dentro de su estacionamiento.

À notre arrivĂ©e nous dĂ©couvrons une Hacienda typique avec un jardin bien entretenu. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© deux nuits pensant trouver tranquillitĂ© et service de qualitĂ©. Malheureusement nous avons vĂ©cu une mauvaise expĂ©rience malgrĂ© le prix de 500€/nuits! - coup de fusil de chasse de jour comme de nuit c’est trĂšs surprenant - arnaque sur les petits dĂ©jeuners achetĂ© 45€/ personnes sur hĂŽtels.com et dont l’établissement n’autorise que 410 pesos soit 20€! D’autres petits dĂ©jeuners sont proposĂ©s mais en supplĂ©ments! - aucun service Ă  la piscine (non chauffĂ©e), nous avons passĂ© plus de 2 heures au bord de la piscine avec des plats non Ă©vacuĂ©s et sans que personnes ne viennent nous voir pour passer une commande. - il faut insister et rappeler pour avoir le nettoyage de la chambre journalier, Ă  15h il n’était toujours pas fait. - les repas sont de mauvais rapport qualitĂ© prix mais comme il n’y a rien aux alentours ils en profitent sĂ»rement. - l’hĂŽtel refuse d’appliquer les 20% de rĂ©duction membre silver sur les consommations prĂ©vus au moment de la rĂ©servation. Sans oublier les pourboires insistants. J’ai demandĂ© Ă  parler au manager pour Ă©changer sur notre expĂ©rience, l’accueil m’a indiquĂ© qu’il serait disponible seulement aprĂšs notre dĂ©part! Nous avons passer 15 jours au Mexique et cet Ă©tablissement est le seul a nous avoir beaucoup déçu. Le conseil que je donnerai et de ne pas sĂ©journer dans cette Ă©tablissement loin de tout, vous perdrez du temps et de l’argent.

Its suppoused to be a pet friendly hotel, nevertheless you cannot access the only restaurant they have with your pet so it is not that much, where are you suppoused to leave your dog while you eat, there is no other option around. The people is extremely friendly and helpful except for Eder from the front desk whos only answer for any request is always "not possible or not available, whether is breaking a bill or asking for the manager or any other. Beautiful landscape and again, super nice and friendly staff.
