Location is really good, close to many cafes and restaurants and close to citycenter plaza, the room was spacious and clean, for 1 or 2 night I think is really good. They have mini fridge . I think they should give more maintenance to the swimming pool.

Location. Great. Coffee shop good. Room good with frigobar great included. Staff very friendly is a plus. Swimming pool clean no bug. It is very small is like a jacuzzi. Restaurant Italian on site and you can watch the sports.

The place is in Paseo Montejo which is good but because of the lounge at the front of the Hotel, it gets a little noisy at night. The Staff was good and the room, the cleanliness of the room (the floor in particular), was not so good.

Staff was AMAZING!! Location was great. Room was clean. Only issue was the “rain shower” needs repair. The water was coming out of the ceiling not the shower., I only stayed 1 night and my mistake for not telling them. I was running around all morning to catch my bus out of town. So can’t blame them . We stayed for one night. We arrived in heavy downpour and requested to have a room not on the ground floor as the front door rooms are immediately accessible from the main street. Pool quite small and only one small bottle of water provided. Breakfast is at cafe next door which was nice. The main downside is the parking is not attached to the property so if arriving with lots of luggage or at night it isn't convenient. Very average.

Disappointing Stay – Great Location, Poor Hotel Experience The hotel is in a great location, right on Paseo de Montejo, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not what I expected, and overall, we did not have a pleasant experience. The room lacked even some of the most basic amenities. There were no hand or face towels, tissues, shower caps, soap dishes, or cups to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. The only toiletries provided were shampoo, conditioner, and a small bar of hand soap. When we requested extra towels, we were told they were out. We also had to repeatedly ask for clean towels. Our sheets were never changed during our stay. There were spider webs around the bathroom mirror, and a small plastic zip tie that did not belong to us remained in the room for several days, which made us question how thoroughly the room was being cleaned. To make matters worse, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. For a hotel in such a prime location, I expected a much better level of cleanliness, housekeeping, comfort, and customer service. Unfortunately, the location alone was not enough to make up for the disappointing experience. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it based on our experience.
