We stayed for CMA Fest and it was within a 20 minute walking distance to Nissan Stadium. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They were also very friendly. The bed was comfortable and not too soft for me.

This was a nice hotel with great access to all things musical. The hotel is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The restaurant had nice choices and a great view for dinner door and outdoor eating. We will return.

At first, I was a little put off by it being near some not-so-attractive establishments, such as a Bail Bonds business and what I thought was a mental health facility, but it turned out to be a very good location in terms of ease of getting to what you want to see. Despite the above, it seemed very safe. Looks to be an up and coming "redevelopment area" so saddle up, it's quite good.

I had a wonderful stay at this marvellous hotel. They have friendly and professional staff. The hotel is located in a quiet road, safe and with great amenities. The room I’ve stayed at was quiet, clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The location is nearby broadway, point of interests and straightforward journey from and to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at TownePlace Suites was nothing short of fantastic! The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop bar, TOP Note, which offered an awesome vibe, great drinks, and a stunning view. It’s the perfect spot to unwind or kick off the evening. The hotel’s location is ideal—tucked just a short walk from the lively action on Broadway, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet for an early bedtime. It’s right across the street from the Music Hall of Fame and a trolley stop, making it super convenient for exploring. Plus, there’s a fantastic sports bar, Johnathan’s, just a quick stroll down the street, where the staff—Georgia, Cody, and Kellen—were incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service from the moment we walked in. The staff at TownePlace Suites truly elevated the experience. Jessica, JC, and Annabelle at the hotel and TOP Note bar were amazing, offering friendly and attentive service that made us feel right at home. The combination of a great location, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional staff makes this hotel a gem. Whether you’re here for the Nashville energy or a relaxing getaway, TownePlace Suites strikes the perfect balance. Highly recommend!

Clean and very welcoming staff, room spacious with comfy bed, bathroom and kitchen were to a very good standard. Breakfasts had a very good choice, waffles, cakes cereal porage toast etc, Coffee free all day Resistant options were good and food was excellent, small coffee shop and small food offering for self catering was also good. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel with fantastic facilities and a very good complimentary breakfast. Very well located, only a 15 minute walk to broadway. Right across the road from the musicians hall of fame which I would definitely recommend going to see. 3 miniute walk to the bus garage where you can take a bus all over the city for $2 a ride.
