I booked a superior twin room, chaotic arrival, staff unsure of what they were doing. Given a room, on entry it was a double not a twin.
The recptionist organised the change whilst we sat in the lounge, another member of staff dumped duvets and bedsheets on the floor near us. Then a different memeber of staff a few minutes later, sweating, picked them up and almost blamed us for his inconvenience if having to change the room to the one we ordered.
Walking to the room there was a large paint pot and roller in the hallway.
The 'superior twin' was on the first floor just by the hallway, able to hear conversations outside, in the hallway and in other rooms, including snoring at night.
One of the hand towels had faint red stains on, did not want to enquire further on that.
The best thing about this hotel was the view, which you can stand outside and get for free.
