From the beginning to the end we could not have asked for a better hotel. The check in was seamless. The check out was perfect and they allowed us to have a late check out due to a later flight. The pool area is amazing and the staff are very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The cleaning staff were fantastic - again nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bit of luxury in Miami. Beautiful hotel with an awesome lounge / dinner in the inner courtyard- with a DJ and show. Service was incredible. First night we were upgraded to a location that was near the employee entrance, so it was noisy and we had a broken window blackout drape by the bed, but they switched our room the next night and provided us with a bottle of champagne and a handwritten note. Very impressed by the service here and their customer relations.
