Shopping Hotels in Austria

Very pleased with the selection. Rooms are beautifully decorated with the feel of old Vienna.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Hotel Imperial. It’s a beautiful hotel and located in a great area of Vienna. The hotel staff were outstanding - professional, courteous and very helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Excellent staff, food, room, and fellow guests. Very gracious.

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. The breakfast was very impressive and very good. Absolutely would recommend this hotel. The room...

The Hotel staff thrives in offering excellent service.

Amazing staff. Luxurious hotel. Free parking. Spacious room with a nice view of lake Fuschl (Grand Deluxe Room) if you can afford an upgrade definitely go with it. Spa facilities are a must try, they have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, as well as massage therapy. Dining is expensive as expected in such places. In short it was a great experience to stay in this castle if you have the opportunity to spend a couple of days here don't miss it.

Great hotel, location, staff, breakfast and the room. Huge room. Very clean. Modern. Best breakfast buffet I had in a long time...

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Amazing experience. It was everything I wanted for the trip and some more. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is so pretty and clean. I will definitely go there again and again.

Greeted warmly by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink, which my friend and I enjoyed in the lovely garden. We had a garden room, set up with two fairly comfortable beds. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed (no microwave oven, though). The main building had a small gym and several indoor lounge areas, plus a third floor terrace, so lots of space to get out of your room. There is a delicious low-cost Indian restaurant only 100 meters away, and a stroll into the old city takes...

We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed with in Europe. The location is tops, only a 2 minute walk to Stephensplatz, shopping and restaurants. The room is huge, with large bathroom and large walk-in closet as well. Small kitchenette is perfect. Best of all, the A/C is fabulous - you can make the room as cold as you want - an awesome respite from the hot outdoors. Friendly staff, rooms cleaned every day, this really does feel like an...

Great place river view amazing!

It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

This hotel was all around excellent. The location is a hop skip from the Ubahn -transit system - which gets you pretty much everywhere you want to go in Vienna. There is a very nice Greek restaurant at the next corner. The hotel staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Organic delicious breakfast served every day. We couldn't have picked a better place!

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. The beds were comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal. We were there for 4 nights, and there was a different printed menu each day. On our last day, we learned...

I booked a Junior Suite for my wife and I and our expectations were well exceeded. When I pay for a place like this I expect perfection. I found it. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was professional and courteous, and the spa facilities were flawless. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the prices. The food, drinks, spa packages, hotel did not come cheap. But how could you expect a place so perfect to be cheap? You definitely get what you pay for.

This image of the lobby really captures it, and to the left is a majestic staircase up to the mezzanine restaurant which offers a delectable (and costly) breakfast. But overall the value is very good actually compared with other hotels in this most central of locations. Especially wonderful is the quiet! The windows are double glass, and at least in my room, the bedroom was inside the overall 'suite', with hallway and elegant/classical bathrooom (w/bidet, shower, and bath). And a heated mirror...

Every thing perfect
