"This hotel was exactly what we needed after a long 14 hour flight.
After we got off the plane, there was a direct shuttle to this hotel which was awesome!
The staff at hotel was fantastic. We got tricked by the buffet dinner service though!! It is extremely expensive and as foreigners who were exhausted, had just arrived and we're starving, we had the buffet dinner and it was 100,000 yen in total!! The buffet was delicious but not worth $100 for me and my husband.
All around, the room was spacious enough for Japan style hotels, and we loved it"
"Hotel staff are excellent! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me navigate a new land. The area around the hotel was crazy! A whole line of girls dressed like anime characters lining the street doing some kind of business. I don’t know what but no one bothered us walking from train station to hotel. The station is pretty close too! "
"Great location for train station access and getting around the city. Hotel staff extremely helpful and loved all the local art work throughout the hotel. Had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed our stay at Tokyo Bay!"
