The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

Great location for Osaka. Many things are walkable and those that aren’t the train station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is great and rooms are good sized. The breakfast buffet is decent

The customer service was top tier, we enjoyed every interaction and help we received. They were very helpful with whatever we needed, the property was amazing and well managed. For days we had bad weather they always provided us with complimentary umbrellas to use & return. Highly recommend this location and company for anyone looking for hotels.

The receptionists are nice and the room is clean. There's public bath but it's small. It's near train station. (Exit 3 in Nagata station is the closest to the hotel but only stairs is available. If you have luggages, use the elevator in Nagata station exit 3 then cross the road). There are also restaurants nearby.

Sekai Hotel was perfect for what I needed: a place to sleep and keep some stuff while I explored Osaka. It is a great deal, close to the subway and tons of shops and restaurants, and got the job done.

Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.

Great location, walking distance from the train station. Clean, friendly staff. Lots of free snacks and drinks, including noodle soup in the evening. Large hang out space at the lounge.

Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk. Great hotel for bad weather - you never need to go outside. Giant quality restaurant food hall on 8th floor. The mall / Yodobashi on floors B1 thru 8 can be accessed by escalator from the lobby, and there is a secret door that directly connects the hotel B1 elevator lobby to the grocery store in the mall,...

Train station was 5minutes walk from the hotel. Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very fancy and had all the amenities and was well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They called us a taxi when we needed to get our luggage to the airport and walk us down and waited in the cold with us for the taxi to arrive. Great service!

Greatly enjoyed my time in Osaka thanks to the Mitsui Garden hotel. The shuttle service from Osaka Station makes it very convenient and staff were very friendly. Communicating in English with staff was not a problem. They also have self check in and check out kiosk you can access.
