Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.
Sekai Hotel was perfect for what I needed: a place to sleep and keep some stuff while I explored Osaka. It is a great deal, close to the subway and tons of shops and restaurants, and got the job done.
The customer service was top tier, we enjoyed every interaction and help we received. They were very helpful with whatever we needed, the property was amazing and well managed. For days we had bad weather they always provided us with complimentary umbrellas to use & return. Highly recommend this location and company for anyone looking for hotels.

There's public bath but it's small. It's near train station. (Exit 3 in Nagata station is the closest to the hotel but only stairs is available. If you have luggages, use the elevator in Nagata station exit 3 then cross the road). There are also restaurants nearby.
I had a GREAT stay at this hotel! It was perfect for me traveling alone and not needing all the bells and whistles of a more expensive place.

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay.
