The breakfast had a nice variety of foods from cereal and breads to eggs, meat, rice and an assortment of Japanese dishes. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The laundry service on 18 was very helpful and it was nice being able to monitor the status from our television.

Had such a great stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt super welcoming — they even had a nice welcome drink waiting which was a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast selection was also pretty good! One thing I loved was how much they had going on for guests. They shared entertainment schedules and activities, so there was always something fun to do without even leaving the hotel specially for only a night stay. The customer service really stood out too — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a good time. Overall, just a really enjoyable stay with great amenities and good vibes all around. Would definitely come back!

The hotel must have been newly renovated because the rooms and bathrooms are new and clean. I am very sensitive to cleanliness and I will return to this hotel again. Much prefer this hotel over a 5 star hotel that has not been renovated. The location is excellent as it is a 5 min walk to Osaka station and the neighborhood is upscale and quiet.
