The hotel is conveniently located to both transportation and other areas of the city. We especially liked its close proximity (walking distance) to the Koishikawa Korakuen Gardens. My family and I stayed at Tokyo Dome for 2 weeks. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and fully stocked. Hotel all around was clean, great atmosphere. They even have a laundry room if needed. Lots of dining places walking distance which is a plus. Bar on the 42nd floor had an amazing view! Drinks were phenomenal. Thank you Tokyo Dome and staff for a wonderful experience.

Room on non smoking floor smelled of smoke. The staff responded by spraying room. Bed still smelled. Everything in hotel was overpriced for western tourists. Two coffees at cafe were $20. Third floor breakfast buffet was large and varied. Fourth floor offered Japanese breakfast standard , or for extra deluxe. If you prefer western style accommodations this is your spot. For me , there are many better options

Hotel was beautiful, restaurants were clutch for days you didn’t want to go too far. Most staff very friendly and spoke some English which helped. Directly connected to cool area and theme park as well as mall and close to important rail systems. Found several things (old contact lense, random hairs, etc.) in room but it was still comfortable and everything needed was provided.
