10/10 Excellent
"Our last night in Japan and I couldn't have been happier. The onsen was a nice relaxing option for us to conclude our trip and since we departed from Haneda this was super convenient.
We were able to leave our luggage to go enjoy the last morning in Japan before our flight.
The bed was super comfy and staff were friendly and helpful."
"The rooms on the Annex tower do not have an air purifier and after staying at 4 other hotels having it, I was disappointed. The room was weirdly shaped but did accommodate us fine for the night. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel has a good location and was a great stay overall. I would book again in the main tower next time."
"The property was in a very busy part of town, think Times Square if you're familiar with NYC. Lots to do and see around the hotel but a bit crazy. The hotel itself was nice. I enjoyed their lounge area but was disappointed to find we could not go out on the Godzilla deck. For some reason it was closed. Still, the staff was friendly and the lounge offered a nice place to meet up with our other travelers. The room was small but adequate with a cool view of the city at night. Like other hotels we stayed in, they didn't offer room cleaning unless requested and then its a full removal of all sheets and towels. I wish they would offer someone to just come in and make the bed, as someone who always has to do that, I expect when I'm paying for a room that it will be done."
"The hotel reception is located in the mall building, 3rd floor. It’s honestly great because there’s a Lawson and family mart within the building opened 24/7. You can even walked Shinjuku station completely underground!! There’s also a bunch of restaurants in the hotel if you want a convenient option.
This hotel is extremely walkable to Shinjuku and easy to hop on the bus to Harajuku or Shibuya (20 min bus ride). The room was small but manageable if this is your first location you’re exploring. Definitely get a bigger room if you feel like you need the space to place all your shopping finds. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming!"

6/10 Okay
"Location: perfect. I was so grateful to not deal with taxis or Ubers after an overseas flight. Room: everything I needed. Bed was clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. However, if I hadn’t been wearing an eye mask while sleeping.. I would have been awaken by the morning sun as there were no shades (so be aware). Breakfast: amazing spread. They offer every Asian and West cuisine, and it’s all freshly prepared.
Just a few areas of improvement, and they’re all regarding breakfast: 1) I travel with a coffee mug, as my coffee gets cold without insulation. When I filled my coffee mug at the self-service bar, the man working behind the bar saw me and raised his voice, “No to go!” It was embarrassing. I guess he thought I was stealing coffee. How about going around and serving coffee instead? Or not yelling at patrons? Also, I didn’t appreciate that I had to clear my own plates. So when I went for seconds, and I did not want to return to a dirty dish still on my table.. it was up to me to clear it, as they just waited for everyone to vacate their tables before cleaning. I think the breakfast service could greatly improve. 3) The overflow room they seated me in was not cozy. The main breakfast room was warm and nicely decorated, while the overflow room was plain and sad."
