If visiting museums in Kiyose are on your list, you might want to check out the upcoming exhibitions at National Hansen's Disease Museum. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you want to see more of the museums in Kiyose, Kadokawa Musashino Museum and Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum aren't far.
Kiyose Seseragi Park is 0.9 mi (1.4 km) from central Kiyose, why not stop by during your stay. Our travelers also like this walkable area for its restaurants. Want to stretch your legs some more? Head to Koganei Park and Kitayama Park, both nearby.
I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,
Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo.
The hotel's ambiance was simply beautiful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for a city known for compact spaces. Its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from a JR line, made navigating Tokyo incredibly convenient. Plus, being within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and yes, even the indispensable 7-11s, added immense value to our stay.
The...
I have been staying at this property for over 10 years when I come to Japan. It’s my favorite property because the property is conveniently located amongst great transportation and shopping.
I had a quite disturbing experience when I was lining up at the front desk to ask about their takkyubin services. When it was my turn an older gentleman with salt and pepper hair color asked me in a disrespectful voice “check in?” I was taken aback by this. Since I am able to speak in Japanese fluently, I...
Room was small but clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel was slightly out of the hustle and bustle which provided a needed respite from the craziness of Shinjuku - though it was an easy walk to get to nightlife options. Definitely recommend the hotel - it was relatively inexpensive as well.
This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. The staff was very kind and helpful when shipping luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. Lastly, you can take the Airport Limousine Shuttle Bus from Haneda and get...
I always stay at Sotetsu Fresa Takadanobaba whenever I'm in Tokyo, and for good reason. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Takadanobaba Station, which connects to the JR Yamanote, Seibu Shinjuku, and Tozai Lines. This makes it easy to get around Tokyo, whether you're headed to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, or other popular spots.
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with rooms that are surprisingly spacious for the price. I appreciate that you can adjust the AC to your...
We stayed at the four beds room for a few days in May 2023. Very pleasant stay. The room is quite larger comparing with other hotels we stayed. The night was quiet, can have a very good sleep. The breakfast is the best. We enjoyed it everyday. Definitely we stay here again if we visit Tokyo in the future.
We stayed for two nights. It is a perfect location if you want to visit Sensoji Temple. Breakfast buffet is excellent to start your day. Room space (we have the large corner room for three beds) is a little tight but not a big problem if you don't have large amounts of luggage. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We made mistake listening to youtubers and wasting time/energy to search for foods in Tokyo station underground mall which is a huge maze. Tokyo is huge and good foods should be...
Excellent hotel to be reasonably close to Ikebukuro station, about 10 min walk and can be done mainly underground.
Rooms are a bit small but comfortable with many amenities that you would find in the US at major hotels.
The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). The staff is incredibly helpful, and we never felt uncomfortable asking for help with luggage/storage, or asking for more sheets/towels. Even Hilton's...
Easy to walk to Team Lab in Azabudai hills! New neighborhood and it’s so lovely! Beautiful trees, lots of flowers everywhere! Cartier, Dior, beautiful shops! A very delightful hotel located near everywhere we needed to go to.
The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.
